Partner Marketing Co-op – Spring 2024
This is a full-time co-op for the duration of the spring semester – this will be a hybrid position located in Cincinnati. There will be some work from home options, along with meetings at the Cincinnati HQ during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm).

Job Summary
We are looking for a co-op to join our Partner Marketing team for the Spring semester. The Partner Marketing Team at Paycor is responsible for developing, owning and executing the strategic marketing plan to our referral partners: Health Brokers, Bankers, CPAs, Retirement Brokers and HR Consultants. The team works closely with our Channel Sales team to develop an overall strategy to run highly targeted campaigns driving awareness, Partner loyalty and improve overall Partner Experience.
We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual who is energized by building strategic solutions and executing against them to achieve company goals. This individual will work closely with the Partner Marketing team as well as other key marketing segments including Events, Digital, Product and Customer to help us manage our top Partner relationships and drive growth across Paycor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Co-op, you can expect the following:
- Support our Partner Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Program to drive strategic ROI against all launched programs and improve overall efficiency and scale of the program.
- Assist in market research efforts across all of our supported Personas to help us improve our Partner experience and understanding of their needs.
- Maintain and monitor our Partner Portal to improve partner interactions and measure registration growth.
- Work with broker sales team to drive sales awareness around monthly outbound email and direct mail programs.
- Track partner engagement in loyalty program and help assess results from the program.
- Support outbound email efforts, writing project briefs and supporting back-end reporting readouts.

- Pursuing a 4-year degree in marketing or similar at an accredited university
- Completion of at least 2 years of college-level coursework with a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher
- SalesForce.com experience is a plus
- The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills as well as a balance of creativity and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities at once.
- Demonstrate empathy, kindness and friendliness in all communications with partners and sellers.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
Paycor Total Rewards
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual’s relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be $18.00-$22.00 hourly.
