Oracle HCM Cloud UAT Lead with Payroll Experience (remote)
Location: Pleasanton – CA
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
10 + Year’s overall experience with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM experience with testing
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the quarterly testing process for Oracle HCM Cloud modules with an emphasis on Payroll.
• Lead a team of testers, Develop and conduct testing based on business user requirements.
• Coordinate UAT, provide accurate and timely reporting, Coordinate bug fixes, obtain sign off by business users and IT Leadership.
• Lead Oracle quarterly testing, enhancements for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Conduct impact analysis of new features and present to business users.
• Facilitate necessary configuration changes resulting from new features.
• Decommission workarounds.
• Obtain sign offs from business and IT leadership.
• Lead and conduct system integration testing.
• Provide thought leadership for testing process with continuous improvement.
• Provide accurate reporting of testing progress, defects, defect resolution.
• Lead a team of testers.
Required Skills
• 5+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience with testing, development, implementation, production support.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Knowledge on UAT orchestration and understanding end-to-end process flows.
• Ability to define test cases and mentor test team with creation of test cases.
• Ability to work with business users to facilitate sign off.
• Ability to train new features and processes to business users.
• Exposure to SoX validation (Nice to Have)
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $115,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
