About the Position:
The Substitute Rental Attendant supports the Advancement Team with events hosted within HH Community Connection Space. This position will report to the Director of Development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as onsite point of contact for groups using the Community Connections Space
- Set up and clean up rental facilities both before and after use by patrons
- Provide outstanding customer service to the guests throughout the event.
- Enforce the rules and guidelines set by HH and written in the rental contract
- Complete additional rental duties as assigned by a supervisor
- Ensure the building is opened and closed before and after the event.
