As a division development manager, you will lead a team of market development managers, who are strategically placed across a specific geography, responsible for developing our licensed store portfolio with new and existing licensees across multiple segments (e.g., colleges & universities, hotels, hospitals) and states.

Of equal importance, you are responsible to ensure your team feels empowered to deliver upon Starbucks mission and values, while helping others succeed.

As a division development manager, you will…

drive accountability of partners to meet business objectives (inclusive of new store growth and portfolio management across licensees)
• ensure appropriate resources are allocatedto deliver against personal, divisional and organizational plan
