We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Collibra Workflow developer to join our DATA GOVERNANCE ENGINEERING team. This role is in Jersey City, NJ – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Development experience in Collibra Workflow BPMN development, Collibra configuration, workflow settings, configuring email templates/notifications, defining asset model and role setup, building user form, coding groovy scripts, coding workflows using Collibra API
- Handles experience in Collibra API Version 2
- Experience in Collibra Cloud platform especially in Collibra Glossary and Collibra Catalog
- Understanding of Data Governance domain and Data governance operating models
- Should have end to end code migration experience Collibra workflows.
- Experience in setting up Solidatus connections, configuration, creating models will be an added advantage.
- Understands the Architecture of various Data Governance vendor tools such as Collibra, Solidatus, ASG etc.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 2 to 7 years experience in any/all of the following tool: Collibra Glossary, Collibra Catalog or Solidatus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills to work closely with various businesses / functions and build relationships at all levels is required
- A successful person in this role will be Pro-active, have high quality standards for accuracy and thoroughness, have an ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, possess strong organizational skills and a keen aptitude for detail while working in a global team.
- Should have worked in Agile methodology and have used Jira Boards

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $108,000 and per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
