Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join its Service Analytics team. This role will be crucial in providing accurate and timely reporting to the Service & Customer Care organization at Lucid.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing business reports and dashboards, communicating and presenting insights to the business leadership, and working with systems teams to enhance the business system. The candidate should have an aptitude for story telling using data, develop KPIs working with business teams, and be comfortable presenting insights as feedback to business leaders.
The Role:
- Work with multiple stakeholders within Service Organization to understand their business needs, and develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Develop KPIs (key performance indicators) by gathering and documenting requirements, identifying and extracting data, and developing solutions.
- Work with business process owners to develop process & data flows to streamline business processes.
- Communicate actionable business insights to stakeholders in timely manner.
- Manage access permission to salesforce reports and dashboards according to business needs.
- Present and communicate business impacts to stakeholders based on your analysis.
- Collaborate with other analysts in the team to maintain the quality and consistency of reporting.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Data Analyst in Service or Customer Care domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field of study.
- Experience building accurate reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce’s Setup features, customization options, and report and dashboard access permissions.
- Functional knowledge SQL for analytics
- Experience building data visualizations in Tableau
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present insights to business leaders
- Certifications in Salesforce is highly preferred
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California San Francisco Bay Area – $108,000 – $145,500 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
