Process Improvement Analyst, Full Time, Day Shift

Job Summary:

Analyzes business processes and workflows with the objective of finding ways to improve or automate using process mapping and business process reengineering methodologies.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred
  • Agile, Lean or Six Sigma experience: Preferred
  • Organizational change management experience: Preferred
  • Process improvement experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundations / Service Management – AXELOS: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Participates in identified process improvement initiatives and in cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives.
  • Consults with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the business and business strategy with a focus on improving business processes and transactional operations.
  • Identifies process improvements in specific business units with a focus on ROI.
  • Analyzes issues to determine root causes and identifies a desired future state. Monitors and measures the results, potential opportunities, needs, issues and problems that could impact business results.
  • Ensures process documentation is well-structured and clearly articulated to stakeholders.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
