We’re currently seeking a Manager, Legal Support Services to join our Headquarters team!
You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and supporting the work of our paralegal specialists and legal assistants that support Mister Car Wash. Reports to the Assistant General Counsel.
What you will do:
- Oversee each team member’s workload and delegate as appropriate to ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Work closely with the Assistant General Counsel in the development, implementation, and delivery of training materials to team members.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency through analysis of internal data, reporting, and review of procedures.
- Ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner as directed by Assistant General Counsel and Staff Attorney.
- Ensure accurate uploading of executed lease information, oversee the timely calendaring, response, and settlement/payment of litigation matters, as well as the timely filing and distribution of required permits and licenses.
- Manage relationships with third party vendors and work directly with outside counsel on due diligence and document matters as well as provide support to field managers related to real property questions.
How you will shine:
- 7+ years of experience as a paralegal, with experience in real estate and/or mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience or desire to lead and manage teams, including professional development and continuous improvement strategy and implementation.
- Familiarity with Visual Lease, Procore and Smartsheet or similar, a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
