Self-Insurance Unit
Salary: $38,000 – $46,800

What you will do:
- Process daily EDI submissions as well as any self-insurance claim issues.
- Update and maintain accurate self-insured and group trust employer information.
- Respond to requests for Individual self-insured and group trust lists.
- Process and maintain the unit database for all self-insured employer annual report submissions.
- Assist with Unit Tasks, Division Modernization, and Special Projects with variable levels of complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
- Answer and direct phone calls for the unit.
- Maintain multiple spreadsheets.
All you need for success:
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in customer service, working with insurance claims, or other relevant fields.
Desired Attributes
- An Associate’s Degree
- Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing
- Ability to excel in progressive responsibility roles
- Ability to be highly motivated and work as part of a diverse team
- Ability to quickly learn new applications/systems
