About the Opportunity: A large public company is seeking an AR/Billing Manager Consultant to supervise and hands-on support the AR and billing function for a high-volume environment.
Duration: Starts ASAP and will be 2+ months minimum, with potential to extend
Location: 100% Remote on PST hours
Compensation: $55-65/HR W2
Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Scope:
- Owns cash receipts process including entering cash receipts and matching to invoice, researching and proactively reaching out to confirm correct match, and handle all cash on account balances
- Supervises one direct report to keep on track for deadlines and organized
- Ensure all billing, credit memos, and reconciliations are done within firm deadlines
- Stays organized in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Communicates with cross-functional divisions, customers, and leaders
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar, preferred
- 7+ years` of AR and Billing experience, required
- Supervisory experience, required
- Government contractor billing experience, required
- Experience with large, public companies, required
- Experience with Oracle, required
- Exceptional communication, organization, and a detailed approach
