Severe Behavior Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Clinic Director

Join Trumpet Behavioral Health’s Aurora, CO Severe Behavior Clinical Team!

Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Severe Behavior Clinic Director to spearhead our Severe Behavior Program in our Aurora, CO location.

We’re looking for innovative leaders eager to support our families and RBTs with a desire to provide high-quality intensive ABA services to diverse individuals impacted
by severe behavior (e.g., aggression, self-injurious behavior).

ABOUT YOU

You are a BCBA-D or BCBA with at least three years of experience and can provide case management, therapy, caregiver training, and assessments to clients on caseload
as authorized in the treatment plan. You have experience working in a program specialized for individuals who engage in severe behavior. You are eager to lead a severe behavior program and provide supervision to clinicians and RBTs. You can develop and refine behavior-reduction programs (e.g., functional communication training). You love to give direct support to our RBTs and BCBAs and provide excellent training on severe behavior content and programming. You can effectively coordinate and direct patient intake and discharge activities (e.g., conduct initial consent/paperwork with caregivers, and assessment) and administrative activities. You are driven and self-
motivated, excel at managing your time, and are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals with severe behaviors in need of ABA therapy.

ABOUT US

Our job is to empower you to be amazing at your job. We do everything we can to make your work life enjoyable and to help you best serve your clients. We value your expertise, your experience, and your feedback. We focus closely on creating connections and collaborative work relationships with your local team and team
members across the country. Everyone at TBH is always there to answer questions and share their knowledge every step of the way. We know we have a lot to learn from
you, and we’re eager for your background and experiences to shape ours.

We believe learning and development is something that should occur organically and be ingrained in everything you do as a clinician at our company. So, we create free
opportunities for you to continue learning and developing naturally, flexibly, and in a way that caters to your interests. We provide clinical structure (e.g., hundreds of skill
acquisition program templates, clinical quality guidance, and report templates), but not so much that you don’t have the freedom to individualize your treatment approach.
