Sales Operations Manager, Selling Partner Recruitment & Enablement

The Selling Partner Recruitment and Enablement (SPRE) team is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Sales Operations Manager to define and drive the strategy and direction for products, that improve the experience for our selling partners while making it simpler for our sales teams to manage, maintain and operate at scale.

As a Sales Operations Manager on the SPRE team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to define the development of new products and drive rollout WW while advocating on behalf of sales teams and innovating in the space of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Here you will provide products and solutions that help give our talented selling and marketing teams “superpowers” that let them focus on the customer and helping them drive their business.

We seek an analytical thinker who has experience developing, executing, and refining operational excellence strategies. The ideal candidate will deep dive into our most chronic problem areas to identify root causes of problems, take these learnings to develop a product roadmap and drive resolution of those issues in a long-term and scalable manner. They will have the ability to work through massive data sets, which combined with their operations and tech knowledge allow them to find improvement opportunities that others cannot see.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Provide strategic vision for the program by identifying and prioritizing where and how we adapt and invest
• Lead design and development of mechanisms to measure process quality and productivity
• Work directly with WW business teams, product and engineering to drive critical business initiatives and identify opportunities to improve SPRE CRM’s products, tools, data, analytics, and reporting offerings
• Engage with systems that are at the cutting edge of technology, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide sales teams.
• Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management delivering cross functional products/programs for tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with written and verbal communications for both technical and non-technical audiences at the senior leadership level.
• Data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques.
• Experience defining product requirements, translating solutions into detailed user stories and managing a story backlog.
• Change management experience.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Pardot, CRMA etc).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced degree or certification in Business, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
• Administration/development experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM related technologies.
• Experience with developing products and features for the sales, sales operations, and marketing space.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
