Lakeside Industries has a rare opportunity for an experienced Construction Administrative Professional to join our team as an Assistant Division Accountant. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, high volume environment that interacts with employees, customers, vendors, other divisions and our main Lakeside Administrative Offices in Issaquah, WA.

The Assistant Division Accountant is a key role in the overall administrative and accounting support at the local division. Handles standard office management, ordering supplies, organizing company events, processing vendor invoices and daily material sales tickets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*

Answer incoming phone calls
Assist with Accounts Receivables (material ticket invoices and depositing customer payments)
Process Accounts Payable invoices for plant, shop and office
Process daily plant tickets
Assist with pricing updates
Enter customer job information
Assist with organization of division’s SharePoint page
Check PO Box for incoming mail and distributes
Process rock and sand delivery tickets in Vista application for invoicing and inventory
Process truck drivers fuel entries for daily logs and end of month reports
Process daily plant tickets and payments for hot and cold mix.
Greets visitors, determines nature of business and notifies employees that visitors have arrived
Receives and signs for deliveries
Maintains office supplies and coordinates meetings for division functions
Maintain office licenses and permits
Consistently performs duties in alignment with the Lakeside Mission and the Lakeside Experience
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

A High School diploma or GED is required. Three (3) years of related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Civil construction and/or asphalt paving experience desired, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate. Must pass pre-employment drug screen (Federal Contractor requirements include marijuana) and possess/maintain a driving record appropriate for the position.

WAGE & BENEFITS

The full salary range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. People entering this job typically start between $40,000 to $47,000, depending on direct professional experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location.

Lakeside Industries, Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time Admin employees (and their families) that includes medical with prescription coverage, HSA/FSA, dental, vision reimbursement program, Life/AD&D, LTD, 401k (with employer matching plus discretionary Company Profit Sharing contributions), 128 accrued hours of PTO, extended illness time accrued at five (5) days per year up to a maximum of 200 hours, EAP, wellness program, and seven (7) paid holidays
