Overview
This Paychex Service Associate role is a data entry position primarily focused on enrolling our clients in their selected health insurance policies and partnering with many different insurance carriers to ensure that the enrollments are processed timely and accurately. Along with the hundreds of carriers that we partner with, partnership amongst internal partners is required to service our clients to the best of our ability.
Responsibilities
- Processing Health insurance enrollments, termination, change,transfer & waiver with specific carriers
- Partnering with carriers to effectively enroll clients in their insurance plans which include navigating client websites, emailing and reaching out to carriers via phone when needed
- Servicing our account management team who work directly with our clients
- Working with computer programs such as HRIS, Salesforce and Flock to enter critical client data and process client requests
- Able to meet & exceed montly metrics regarding productivity & processing quality
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree – Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite & other basic computer programs
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $16-$20/hr. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
