Job Summary
This Service Expansion Project Manager is responsible for the execution of services expansion for the Life Science Solutions Diversified Laboratory Repair (DLR) team.
You will have a laser focus on execution of services expansion plans to stand-up new service centers in new geographies to support strategic growth objectives. You will bring outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset to a growing service organization. This work is performed under the general direction of the Quality and Process Leader.
This position is Remote, supporting services expansion in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Perform activities required to stand-up new service centers in new geographies.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all things related to services site expansion, including but not limited to:
- Real Estate, IT, Marketing, Communications, Finance, HR, Site team, Fleet, Training
- Partner with Technical Services, Quality, Customer Service, Contract Management, Training, and Sales to ensure new sites adhere to policies, SOPs, regulations.
- Apply lessons learned to continuously improve processes, increase efficiency, and improve our ability to scale from a regional business into a national business.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status.
- Plan, coordinate, and track overall execution of site expansion(s), including process and timelines.
- Establish foundation for success of new sites by assuring they meet organizational needs.
- Execute discrete projects in an environment of high ambiguity and apply structured methodologies to reduce ambiguity and bring projects to a close.
- Influence cross-functionally to overcome barriers to execution, including building cross-functional teams to garner support across a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Associates Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in project management, preferably in the life sciences or services industries.
- Proven experience managing projects to completion on schedule, on budget, and to performance requirements.
- Collaborative spirit with a focus on execution.
- Experience in building and managing external and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with multiple organizational levels.

Base Pay Range: $84,000 – $150,000. Total compensation will include an incentive.
