  • In addition to 6 + years of technical experience, must have Microsoft Excel experience (such as entering data, exporting files, and filtering data). and Technical Project Management/Field Deployment
  • Experienced team lead that is very good with leading small teams
  • considers themselves to be excellent in managed deployment – standard lug and plug, data migrations, imaging, application load, cable management
  • excellent in customer service.

  • Individual will need to be driven by streamlining complex logistical processes and service delivery activity to maximize on-site team efficiency at customer locations
  • Pay Ratee: $30-$33/hr depending on experience
  • 1 ½ year contract through March 2025, with possible 2-1 year extensions.
  • LOCAL to WHITE OAK, MD.

Onsite 5 days/week to start with “possible” opportunity to work onsite 4 days AND remote 1 day after 6-9 months. And possibly after 18 months: 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Principal Accountabilities

  • This role is designed to support the computer refresh project for the federal government client and contract prime onsite in White Oak, MD may also go to Rockville, MD office location when requested
  • The Field Deployment/Technical skills and responsibilities will be performed onsite with the technical staff for the federal government client and contract prime
  • Manage a team of professionals who provide expertise to ensure holistic support and overall health of customer client refresh
  • Utilizes appropriate policies and procedures to resolve issues within customer workstreams and help act as escalation path for resolution
  • Deemed a subject-matter expert in the critical customer technical disciplines
  • Recognizes recurring problems and proactively works cross-functionally to ensure resolution
  • Drives all aspects of Project Management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the Federal organization and the customer
  • Ensures consistency and adherence to Dell standards, processes and policies for all projects
  • Manages all aspects of the project execution including: chartering, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
  • Facilitates and manages resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, project scope, and cost control
  • Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues
  • Plans communication, distributes information as necessary, and provides status reporting
  • Tracks project budget and resource utilization against plan
