A leading construction company specializing in glass and glazing services is seeking a Glass/Glazing Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX! Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct project cost estimation and review with estimators
- Collaborate with suppliers and review shop drawings
- Place orders for materials, such as aluminum doors and hardware
- Generate purchase orders, ensuring prices are within budget
- Make regular visits to job sites to meet with general contractors
- Coordinate with the Director of Operations to ensure adequate manpower for on-site execution
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for metal fabrication
- Manage interactions with multiple vendors
- Interface with the Director of Operations and other key stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects at once
Requirements:
- Full training in Partner Pak, hardware, storefront, and curtainwall systems
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of glass and metal construction specifications
- Estimating and project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with Mainstreet software is preferred
- Degree in construction is preferred
