Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Systems Analyst will play a vital role in supporting an exceptional online shopping experience for Stanley customers. You will work with internal teams and external partners to support e-commerce tools, CXM/CRM systems, and other SaaS technologies. You will build processes and tools to make day to day operations seamless, identify and implement opportunities to get more from these tools, and be a part of the selection and implementation of new systems and technologies. This is a great chance for someone with a customer service or e-commerce background to transition into a technology-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure e-commerce tools, including but not limited to Shopify, to meet business requirements and enhance the online shopping experience, including:
- Identifying and resolving issues related to the e-commerce system, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- System testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and functionality of e-Commerce systems.
- Operations documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system configurations, to ensure accurate and up-to-date reference materials.
- Ensuring the protection of customer data and adherence to regulatory requirements by monitoring and enforcing security and compliance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Stanley users of e-commerce systems, providing training and ongoing support and documenting and escalating recurring issues and requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to align business objectives and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
- Support the integration of e-commerce systems with CXM/CRM tools and other SaaS-based systems to ensure seamless data flow and optimal customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce to provide recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a systems analyst, super user, or SaaS-based systems supporting customer-facing teams. Experience with e-commerce systems such as Shopify is a plus.
- Prior experience with e-commerce, customer service, or supply chain business processes, such as ticketing, order management, inventory management, and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with CXM/CRM tools and their integration with other systems.
- Familiarity with web development technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to independently manage a wide range of tasks and projects concurrently.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
