Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT, Corporate Client Services, the IT Analyst will work with a team to provide technical Tier II day to day support in a Windows based desktop environment for the local corporate office. The incumbent must be able to identify problems, troubleshoot and execute steps towards resolution of technical issues.
What you will do:
- Tier II support for personal computers, tablets, cellular devices, peripherals and Teams Room Systems
- Deploy, configure and supports a variety of business software including Microsoft Office 365, Adobe professional suite, and SAP client GUI
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Enterprise Windows 10 & 11
- Provision workstation hardware for new hires and fulfill annual hardware refreshes
- Microsoft Teams Meeting room support, configuration and troubleshooting with an outcome of a seamless virtual experience for meeting participants
- Support and configure cellular, wireless and remote data needs
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Teams Platform – meetings, chat, calling
- Should be familiar with Desktop security including use and support for MFA; Proofpoint; Anti virus software and VPN
- Remote troubleshooting of technical issues including provisioning of hardware
- Contribute to team recommending site specific IT solutions
- Technical project execution including contributions to workplan, testing and implementation
- Will be responsible for working with VIP’s to fulfill requests and resolve incidents
- Participate in solutions involving new technology implementations
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years of IT related experience and college degree or IT related certification
- Microsoft certifications would be an asset
- Experience with Windows 10, 11, iOS, Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Extensive experience with PC and peripherals
- Working knowledge of enterprise networking, servers and VPN
- Experience with working with Microsoft Teams Room Systems and related audio-visual devices
- Knowledge of LogMeIn remote software is preferred
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Ability to provide above average customer service
- Experience with major Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Experience working with and supporting Macs would be an asset
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Must communicate clearly, courteously and professionally
- Must be proficient in creating documentation
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
- Conscientious go-getter who is highly organized, dedicated, and committed to professionalism

- Works well on a team and other IT groups including local teams, regional teams and global teams
Compensation & Benefits:
$64,000 – $88,000 USD. This range is estimated for an Analyst, IT in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
