As a senior leader, you will develop the vision, plans, roadmaps and lead a talented team to ensure we have the right B2B payment experiences and products enabled for our customers globally. You, with your team, will be responsible for creating a long-term vision, strategy, policy and products for our Amazon Business customers.
Key job responsibilities
Be the end-to-end business leader (STL) for our Business Payments Acceptance, user experience, feature functionality and adoption, working closely in partnership with engineering, finance, sales and other partner teams to execute.
Own Business Payments solution ideation, CX design, compliance, product messaging, adoption and reliability. Develop clear business requirements that inform new feature development, product architecture and technical specifications. Proactively identify and address technical or business obstacles to achieve our goals.
Synthesize a range of industry and partner inputs, and technology trends to define a roadmap of features that delights our customers. Evaluate third party lending technology roadmaps and engage with strategic providers and partners to deliver requirements.
Hiring and develop talent. Coach next generational of leaders and make the right organizational design and hiring decisions, and continuously developing teams, setting goals and holding team members accountable for performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of team management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
