The Amazon Home Marketing Team (HMT) is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Marketing Manager to define and manage business and content strategy for Associates and Influencers, collaborating closely with the Associates Business Development (ABD) Team and Creator Growth (CG) in New York. The individual in this role dives deep to gather data on high converting and emerging categories to craft business strategy and ensure Associates demand for top priorities. HMT and the ABD Team work closely with hundreds of top publishers and members of the Home Influencer Program to elevate Amazon Home’s brand perception and drive category growth via elevated, shoppable affiliate content. As the channel strategy lead, this individual is responsible for building and growing highly effective partnerships internally with ABD, CG, the Content Team, and central and category marketing teams. Externally, this individual will represent Amazon Home’s brand and business priorities to publishers and influencers.
This critical team member will demonstrate strong ownership and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership. They are an excellent problem solver, identifying priorities and trade-offs, anticipating and managing potential blockers to achieve goals with a comprehensive understanding of the Associates channel and performance measurement. They thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail. This individual will be a subject matter expert for the Associates and Creators channel across multiple categories.
Key job responsibilities
• Craft full-funnel associates and influencers program, holistically strategizing upper funnel and mid funnel influencer program (focused on reach and engagement), connecting the thread to lower funnel associates/affiliates program (focused on OPS)
• Manage agency workstream of influencers focused on awareness and engagement
• Own performance goals, in partnership with the ABD Team, for new and existing publishers
• Own performance goals, in partnership with the ABD Team, for the Home Influencer Program (content creators)
• Partner with the ABD Team to support product launches, top categories, and business priorities across multiple categories
• Develop a consumer moments and mindsets matrix used to inform Associates Newsletter editorial strategy
• Strategize larger-level macro influencer brand deals/partnerships, working in partnership with the organic social team for content storytelling
• Own the editorial calendar/content strategy and performance optimization of Associates Newsletter communications
• Build and execute the test and learn experimentation roadmap for associate and influencer marketing as well as newsletter communication
• Regularly evolve and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
• Develop reporting methodologies and owns data analysis
• Partner with the Fashion and Beauty marketing teams to share best practices and achieve scale with influencer marketing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
– Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
