Job Description:
As a Senior Technical Architect, you will work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end design and architecture. While each team member has a primary abilities, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their regular responsibilities. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of expertise in Adobe Technical Architecture in APO/AJO

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities –
- Integrate AEP and its application solutions i.e., Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive the use cases.
- Develop and implement AJO campaigns and workflows based on business requirements.
- Configure and Test AJO campaigns and workflows to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.
- Implement standard methodologies for data management, segmentation, personalization, and automation within AJO
- Participate in user story analysis, elaboration, and design.
Experience Requirement:
- Hands On Experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer development and implementations
- Hands-on experience in complex segment configuration
- Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
- Experience with loading data in and out of CDP.
- Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a multitasking environment. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
