Location: Brentwood – California or Remote

Roles/Responsibilities:

Expertise in Business / Systems Analysis.

Work with colleagues and collaborators to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.

Lead the Prioritizing & Shaping workshop along with stakeholders & sponsors

Gathering critical information from meetings with various collaborators and producing useful reports.

Gather requirements; expectations, dependencies, limitations etc.,

Interact collaborators and work closely with them to resolve acceptable solutions.

Conducting SME Interviews and workshops.

Expertise in understanding the Application Business, Workflow & Dataflow and work on the Business impact Analysis.

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made.

Requirement Gathering & User Story Writing

Product Backlog Management & Roadmap Development.

Cross Functional Collaboration.

The annual salary for this position is between $91,990 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
