Senior Repair Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Receiving repairs, overhauls and warranty returns in accordance with Moog Policy and Procedures.
- Initiating quotation, managing customer correspondence, order entry, maintenance of all files and logs for repairs, job order, overhauls and warranty returns.
- May be called upon to assist production employees in the interpretation of contract requirements, to offer strategies to resolve contract problems or to provide technical direction.
- Initiating all sales paperwork for returned material orders, Returned Unit Disposition Reports (RUDRs), Project Authorization Numbers, as well as ensuring the completeness and accuracy of customer order information.
- Mainframe on-line order entry function. To perform this responsibility, the incumbent must learn sales file coding (i.e., product line codes, territory codes and commission codes), have rudimentary data processing knowledge, be well versed in the Job Order system and possess basic Salesforce terminal usage skills.
- Possess the ability to motivate and coordinate in a timely fashion both Moog and Government or customer representatives in order to ship to contractual schedules.
- The incumbent deals with other internal departments and must exhibit tact, poise and good judgment with a minimum of supervision.
- The tasks accomplished by this position are many and varied and the incumbent must possess the personal qualities needed to handle pressure from demanding customers, and effectively deal with people both inside and outside the Company to resolve conflict and to provide quick and accurate follow-up information.
- All direct personal contact and correspondence must reflect conciseness, clarity and good usage of the English language.
- Ensure integrity of Moog’s contractual performance.
- Market Moog’s repair and overhaul capabilities and assist negotiation of subsequent contracts in cooperation with pricing and sales departments.
- Initiate and expedite all AOG requirements as necessary.
- Maintain and log traceability information.
- Potential to support hybrid remote work schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- An Associate Degree, preferably in business or technical discipline plus five or more years working experience in a customer service environment
OR
- High school diploma or equivalent combined with nine years working experience in a customer service environment
The base pay range for this opportunity is $50,440.00 – $79,986.40 per year. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog’s total compensation package for employees.
