Description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated Assistant Facility/hotel Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Facility/hotel Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer in managing and supervising the engineering department. You will work with the team to ensure that all engineering operations are carried out efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in planning, scheduling, and executing all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team in the absence of the Chief Engineer.
- Maintain and repair all equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and manage the department budget to ensure it remains within the allocated limits.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience at a comparable location in Maintenance.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Description
$50,000 annually
