We are seeking a Journey Mapping/Campaign Strategy Manager to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
Job Description
- Develop Next Best Offer journey map for existing retail bank customers (ECMs).
- Work with Program Managers, Servicing, Decision Management (DM) and others to identify and map the breadth and impact of marketing communications that Retail ECMs (incl. MRCs) receive.
- Leveraging insights on campaign performance, consumer preference and market trends, design a choreographed journey of personalized (segment) marketing treatments informed by prior treatments and response.
- Align with DM on potential incorporation and timing of Next Best Offer models, if available.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and combine key marketing messages for greater impact.
- Socialize concept, garnering support from partners, leaders and other stakeholders to help ensure the ability to execute and scale.
- Design and execute high impact campaign strategies for driving Wealth and MRC segment engagement.
- Collaborate with Segment, DM, USCD and others to identify new opportunities to drive long-term profitable engagement.
- Create new high-impact offers to drive key sticky behaviors (e.g., Financial Plan Offer).
- Develop omnichannel campaign plans, including test plans, segmentation, targeting, messaging and creative.
- Deliver exceptional creatives from clear, actionable campaign briefs and lead agency work through pre live proof and post-live QA signoffs.
- Develop and maintain campaign project plans to ensure flawless, on-time execution of all necessary marketing processes; act as scrum master, when necessary.
- Collaborate with creative, DM, MIM, channel, USCD and other partners to execute campaign plans.
- Complete all required controls activities.
- Develop secondary benefits messaging strategy and influence other Marketing teams to embed secondary benefits messaging into their own campaigns.
- Own at least one team controls process for Best Customer Engagement Marketing (e.g., Quarterly Procedures Manual).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience with Financial Services is required.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of managing email deployments journeys, and campaign execution.

The starting pay range for this role is $52.25 – $60 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
