Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COURT MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time court maintenance attendant. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate attention to all upon arrival. You are careful in performing the daily maintenance of the clay and hard tennis courts, the squash courts, and in cleaning of areas adjacent to courts. You maintain and repair the tennis maintenance machines and equipment.
You are careful to inform the Pro Shop of any lost or missing racquets. You meticulously clean our courts and equipment, keeping your area top notch. Taking pride in your area and its equipment, you are conscientious about the safety of your area. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great racquet experience!
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time position requires working early-morning shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
- Some High School
- Two+ years of experience performing clay court maintenance work in a club, hotel, resort, or recreational center setting
- Customer service experience
- Attention to details with strong organizational skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Background in retail or sporting goods preferred
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience in a similar sports environment and some racquet sports knowledge are required but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
