Description
Duties and Responsiblities
- Effectively answer telephone inquiries about park services, programs and facility schedules. Direct complex inquiries and questions to appropriate staff
- Relay information to customers and to appropriate staff
- Ability to effectively operate a computer and MS Office software
- Ability to learn and operate specialized recreation software
- Provide quality customer service to patrons
- Inform patrons of department policies
- Operate cash drawer and transactions
- Register patrons for activities and memberships
- Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed
- Prepare deposit records
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possession of or ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 6 months of employment
- Cashier and customer service experience is preferred
