Under the guidance of the Director of Digital Marketing at the Graduate School of Management, the Digital Platform Specialist will lead the user experience and information architecture of the School’s new Lifelong Learning online community. Your primary focus will be to craft a seamless user journey for both front and back-end users. This encompasses user access support, product training, technical consultations, and the creation of well-structured information architecture.
Collaborating with various GSM stakeholders, including the Lifelong Learning Product Development Specialist and Marketing and Communications team, you’ll shape a positive and unified user experience across digital platforms.
One year contract from date of hire with the possibility of extension or conversion to career.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology management, digital marketing, UX Design, or related field.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies and proven experience in digital platform management and user experience enhancement.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and conveying technical concepts.
• Analytical mindset to extract insights from data and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills to organize and structure complex information effectively.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), and project management tools (Asana)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education/Experience:
• Experience developing prototypes, wireframes, user flows, mockups based on user research, analysis and usability testing.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
• Familiarity with visual design software (i.e., Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Knowledge of visual design best practices (i.e., typography, color theory, layout, icons, and general design theory).
