Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work with our Marketing and Communication team in creating and developing visual assets for our advertising, promotion, and online presence. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective branding strategies that align with BEC’s goals. They will design content for a variety of communication channels including website, blog, marketing collateral, emails, social media, presentations, video, advertisements, and other deliverables in addition to managing and maintaining all creative assets, logos, artwork, and other content.
Know, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Understands, utilizes, and articulates use of digital platforms, creative design, ad execution and website design
Strong analytical, project management, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience with A/B testing
Flexible, adaptable, attention to detail
Ability to coordinate with outside marketing vendors
Working knowledge of video editing software
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms and various design software
Team player who can collaborate with diverse teams and product offerings
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
2 to 3 years experience in marketing, business communications, journalism or an equivalent position
Additional Requirements
This position will toggle between BEC’s Bandera Headquarters and Boerne Tech Campus
Valid Texas Driver’s License and related insurance
Must pass a background and drug screening
