Associate, Operations – BALMAIN BEAUTY

Description

Balmain Beauty is looking for a passionate 360 team assistant that will support in all fields of work with focus on yearly invoice and creative ops work management, bi-yearly shoot preparations, ad-hoc special events support.

Responsibilities

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Lead all PO creation and monthly invoice management for the brand to maintain a strong Budget governance with team Brand managers and Marketing VP
  • Maintains organization of all creative partner’s master finance tracker.
  • Processes all creative production invoices through SRM to ensure vendors get paid on time.

TEAM ASSISTANCE

  • Support Chief of staff in event management organization internal and external on demand basis. Location sourcing, sourcing of Fashion items and mannequins, food, comps management.
  • Support team on ad-hoc basis in marketing, consumer engagement to deliver best in class executions in the creation of the Balmain Beauty brand development.

OPS MANAGEMENT

  • Supports creative operations manager with all photography and video shoot organization and logistics.
  • Coordinates with creative team, chief of staff, fashion teams for all photoshoot production preparation.
  • Coordinates preparation of all creations for photography and video production.
  • Assists creative operations manager with any prop sourcing for photography and video shoots.
  • Assists with organizing and maintaining photoshoot and archive closet inventory.
  • Tracks and organizes all incoming creative requests from global and international teams in creative production management tool to ensure request statuses are constantly up-to-date.
  • Assists with calendar management of creative requests within creative production master timeline, according to set deadlines.
  • Assists with gathering all specifications needed to execute creative requests.
  • Assists with organization of all visual asset digital files in creative production archive.
  • Assists with fulfilling product image requests for retailer.com to ensure brand imagery on our retailer’s site is according to brand standards.
  • Assists creative operations manager and graphic design manager with retouching coordination for post-production.
  • Organizes meeting agenda and minutes from weekly creative production meetings.
  • Coordinates all shipment for creative production purposes.
  • Must be organized and pays careful attention to detail.
  • Pro-active attitude and has the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Has the ability to problem solve quickly under pressure.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Light amount of physical work required during production days
  • Very organized, with great time management skills

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
