The Member Experience Lead is responsible for supporting General Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring it remains clean, functional, and friendly. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high level of member satisfaction, reinforcing our commitment to an excellent member experience.
AM Schedule: Monday – Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Hourly rate of $14.15
Responsibilities

- Oversee and ensure the club is clean, safe and provides a friendly and welcoming environment for all members
- Assist the managers in daily operations, including completing daily facility audits and helping task employees with cleaning or other responsibilities based on audit results
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures as instructed on Facility Audit
- Engage with members to create positive experiences and long-term relationships
- Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with effective resolutions, while maintaining a helpful attitude
- Train and mentor staff on front desk functions, member check-ins/POS, and facility cleanliness
- Remain apprised of organizational policies and procedures and ensure team members observe company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating a great guest experience and following proper guest registration processes
- Ensure staff provides security and control to the front door by following proper check-in procedures for members before they enter the club
- Ensure equipment functions properly and report maintenance needs to a club manager or enter a work ticket into the Helpdesk system
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- Report any safety concerns
- Notify management of gym incidents that require incident reports
- Work when scheduled and adheres to company attendance policies
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire with a nametag while on duty
- Attend all required team meetings and training
Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED, rquired
- 18 years of age or older, required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work varying hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This role requires travel to the corporate office (St. Peters, MO) and other Club Fitness locations as needed for training and meetings.
