The Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $1,500 hiring bonus for candidates who apply through 12/31/23 and are successfully hired.*
We provide 24hr services, 7 days a week, so we can help build a schedule that’s right for YOU! Some of our overnight shifts are asleep meaning you get paid to sleep!! Can be paid daily through DailyPay. Pay is up to $16.00/hour, depending on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
No prior experience required! We offer paid training!

Available Shifts for Direct Support Professional (DSP or Caregiver):
- Vocational Services: Full Time Daily 3:00pm-10:00pm
- Residential Services: Full Time Daily Overnight shift 10:00pm-8:00am
- Residential Services: Weekends day shift 8:00am-3:00pm
- Residential Services: Part Time Weekend shifts (days/evenings/overnights)

Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) Duties and Responsibilities: As DSP or Caregiver, you will support and mentor adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills. Examples of what you will do include:
- Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
- Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
- Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
- Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests
- Provide habilitation & documentation
- Follow health & safety protocols
Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: NOT ALL are required just nice to have! We provide paid in-service training for all employees!
- Must be 18 years of age or older (Required)
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (Required)
- Reliable vehicle to transport clients during shift (Required)
- Ability to pass all background checks (Most checks look back at the last 7 years, very few charges will actually prevent you from employment. We do not drug test. Please discuss any concerns with HR during phone interview) (Required)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications which require a full range of motion and physical strength (Required)
- Any experience with Customer Service, Human Services, Caregiver, In-home services, Healthcare, Home Health Care, Foster system, Shared Living or Host Home, Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Services, CSN, LPN or Registered Nurse (Helpful but not required)
- Any experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) such as Autism, Behavior Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, and/or Mental Health Disorders such as Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Schizophrenia, Eating Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and addictive behaviors (Helpful but not required)
- Proficient computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Therap, or KRONOS or the ability to learn new applications
- Effective communication and collaboration – the ability to effectively convey information to others as well as follow oral and written direction
- Attention to detail and organization – the ability to prioritize and manage all duties, rules, documentation, and other components of the job with focus and accuracy
- Confidentiality – the ability to protect data, information, and client and employee privacy
- Compassion – the ability to be concerned for another person’s well being
- Helpful certifications include MANDT Training, Medication Aide (Med-Aide) and CPR

*The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $250 – First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $750 – 3 months of employment and all training complete, $500 – 6 months of employment. Does not apply to candidates re-hired within 6 months of employment seperation.
