What you’ll do
We are looking for an analytical thinker passionate about driving data quality and insights to fuel business growth. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will ensure our sales teams have high-quality company and contact data, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and implementing data solutions. Your role will involve increasing productivity, improving the end-users’ experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate tech debt.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior GTM Data Governance Director.
Responsibility
- Cultivate an efficient data governance culture and define data quality KPIs
- Facilitate data process discussions among cross-functional stakeholders and manage data governance strategic initiatives
- Deliver data-informed recommendations to senior leaders and manage projects to improve data quality
- Measure and publish the impact of company data acquisition and enrichment efforts
- Standardize the definition of key metrics and ensure data integrity across multiple systems
- Ensure compliance with data governance processes and policies and communicate key project updates regularly
- Perform business process improvements through automation
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative focus
- 5+ years of analytical and project management experience in consulting, sales operations, or marketing operations
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, alongside experience with Salesforce and MDM (Master Data Management)
- Understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality principles
- Experience and familiarity with third party vendor (eg D&B) data enrichment process
Preferred
- PMP Certification and Salesforce admin certification
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a process-improvement mindset
- Exceptional communication skills and highly organized
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and experience using bulk API tools
- Exposure to high-growth work environments
- Understanding of the SaaS business model and a proven track record of successful project management
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $105,100 – $161,775 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $98,800 – $135,850 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $98,800 – $144,550 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
