We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager- Healthcare who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at the client site in Sacramento, CA you will report directly to the Program Manager and will work alongside other Client project managers and facility operators. You will be responsible to work with the Client, Architect and General Contractor for the overall project delivery, including the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will manage and provide construction oversight and facilitate resolution to complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements.
As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our team achieve the Client’s objectives. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex problems, ensuring the success of our projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
- 5+ years’ experience in managing construction or renovation projects, preferably with small to medium healthcare campus infrastructure related projects.
- Proven project management skills to effectively manage highly complex projects, or highly specialized and critical project component.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

Typical salary range for this position is $91,500 – $142,950 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
