This senior leader on our team will oversee strategy and product execution for credit cards acceptance.
Key job responsibilities
Amazon Business Payments is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead payments initiatives which has direct and significant impact to Amazon Business customers. Specifically, this role will have end-to-end ownership for launching, managing and defining the paying customer experience for our B2B customers shopping at Amazon Business. The scope stretches across multiple Amazon organizations and geographies and requires close partnership with stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, as we partner with customers, internal teams and third-party payment providers to build solutions to meet the needs of our business customers. As a leader on our team, you will have ownership and responsibility through the full product cycle from product strategy, prioritization, development, and measurement to adoption and iteration with partner teams across the Amazon Business Payments organization.
This role will require understanding and documenting business customer requirements related to payments, and working backwards from customer needs to design and build solutions. He/she will work with key partners across Amazon including our engineering and design teams, Legal, Finance, Accounting, marketing and Business Analytics teams to appropriately design, resource, and build solutions on time and on budget to meet the needs of millions of AB customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
