Product Marketing is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS and its services. We tell AWS’s most important and interesting stories to educate customers about what is possible when you build on AWS.
We are looking for a product marketing manager to join the AI/ML category product marketing team focused on thought leadership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help develop and land key thought leadership messaging focused on generative AI and bring that to life across marketing channels including social media. You will manage the AWS AI/ML social channels and work closely with other product marketing managers to iterate on messaging and test new approaches to scale our message. As one of the most exciting, innovative parts of the business today, you will be part of a team tasked with developing and scaling our thought leadership message to executives, business decision makers, and technical decision makers. You will help develop key proof point to support our messaging and bring it to life for customers.
This position will need to sit in Seattle WA. Relocation to this location offered from within the US only.

* Demonstrated track record in crafting messaging and marketing content
* Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Key job responsibilities
* Manage AWS AI and machine learning social media channels including development of social content and reporting on social performance, working cross functionally with subject matter experts
* Plan and develop thought leadership content supported by key proof points around key areas of focus like generative AI. Manage an end-to-end view of thought leadership content
* Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences to land thought leadership messaging
* Build and maintain strong relationships with product marketing, campaigns, social, brand, and PR to drive co-marketing and insist on the highest standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
– Good understanding of cloud computing, data science, machine learning concepts and experience creating content for and marketing to key personas.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
