Job Summary:
Participating in the two-year program, completes learnings objectives during interdisciplinary rotations, leadership development tasks and mission focused activities. Coordinates and completes special projects while maintaining supportive interaction with leaders across all levels of the organization. Displays commitment to Adventist Health’s Heritage and Mission; deepens business and organizational acumen while gaining broad perspectives across teams and developing leadership competencies.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience: Required
Essential Functions:
- Meets with and shadow leaders from various clinical, operational and support services to understand key aspects of healthcare operations.
- Participates in system, region and market leadership development and mission integration activities.
- Plans, manages and/or executes functional projects and complete rotational learning objectives.
- Attends and presents at leadership and unit based meetings across various layers of the organization.
- Serves as an individual contributor to a functional team.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
