Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Data/Business Intelligence Analyst, this position is responsible for meeting the Head Start Program. Performance Standards’ data requirements in all service areas of CAPRW Head Start.
The position will be responsible for:
- Data Systems Administration.
- Staff onboarding and ongoing training on Data Systems.
- Maintaining Data Quality, Ongoing Monitoring and Continuous Process Improvement.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned, including data entry support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Systems Administration
- Assist the Senior Data/Business Intelligence Analyst in ensuring that all the data systems are running optimally and are collecting high quality data that is required for internal monitoring and reporting.
- Review and update the data entry procedures on the Head Start policies and procedure documents.
- Through self-identification or collaboration with the Head Start leaders and/or management team, create forms/modules for required data collection.
Staff Onboarding and Ongoing Training
- Provide onboarding data systems’ training to new hires.
- Provide ongoing data systems’ training and technical assistance to all the Head Start employees.
- Provide ad-hoc training and technical assistance on data systems’ related topics identified by Head Start management.
Data Quality, Ongoing Monitoring and Continuous Process Improvement
- Provide data support to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) committees through collaborations with CQI committee
leaders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in ad hoc assignments, ad hoc agency/program committees, and/or outside agency committees.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or related field or 5 years equivalent experience
in data entry, computer systems or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five Years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.).
- Five Years of experience working with database systems, operating and maintaining computer software applications.
- Experience in following technologies is highly preferred:
a. ChildPlus
b. Tableau Suite (desktop/online)
c. Google Cloud (BigQuery/Looker)
d. SQL programming
e. Asana (or other project management
software)
Abilities and Skills:
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must be able to navigate and enter data in a complex database.
- Strong organizational skills needed.
Core Technology Competency: Level 3 – Intermediate 2
Driver’s License: Because of the multiple locations of centers, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Benefits

Salary Range: $56,977 annually – $73,610 annually
Schedule: 40 hours/week, M – F, Regular, Full Year
Remote Capability: This position has 20% remote capability.
