Annual Salary Range
- $88,414 – $116,812

Position Overview:
As a Sr Privacy & Security Process Analyst at Metis Practice Solutions, your main responsibility will be to safeguard sensitive healthcare data and ensure the robustness of our practice management systems. You will spearhead the development and execution of privacy and security protocols, compliant with healthcare regulations. By employing your extensive knowledge of information security and your skill in analytical problem-solving, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our organization’s security posture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive privacy and security policies in accordance with healthcare laws and regulations
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remedial measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare and IT teams to align security initiatives with organizational objectives
- Mentor and educate junior staff on best practices in healthcare information security
- Provide analytical support for the investigation and reporting of privacy and security incidents
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information security, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of specialized experience in privacy and security, ideally within healthcare settings
- Ambulatory healthcare business knowledge and experience with practice management and/or EHR preferred.
- Industry-standard HIPAA privacy and security training highly desirable
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Visio
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, work independently, and meet stringent deadlines
