Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an experienced SAP Cutover and Test Lead Manager, supporting product management within the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) organization by providing thought leadership and technical domain expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies.
This role will be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Beerse- Antwerp, Belgium, and is eligible for participation in J&J’s Hybrid Flex Work program; a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This is a fixed duration role with a target end date of December 31, 2027.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cutover and testing activities for SAP Finance S/4, Data Hub and Reporting implementation projects. This role involves managing the coordination, planning, execution, and post-implementation review of cutover and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute cutover and test plans for SAP Finance S/4, Data Hub and Reporting implementation projects.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cutover and testing phases.
• Manage the identification and resolution of issues during cutover and testing.
• Develop and maintain testing schedules, including test cases and scripts.
• Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to testing and cutover team members.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress and issues.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in technical cutover and testing execution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance, Data Hub and Reporting systems and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with Product Management concepts and processes, Scrum, and an Agile Development environment.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools such as JIRA/X-Ray.
• Proficiency in tools such as, MS Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Proven effectiveness at leading, aligning, and collaborating across organizational boundaries (e.g., project teams, functions, and partner organizations) while navigating diverse perspectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate while navigating diverse perspectives.
• Experience working with off-shore and on-shore development teams and fostering collaboration across time zones and regions.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
