This role is a part of the newly created North America Commercial Analytics team that is responsible for driving transformational analytic capabilities, enabling robust business performance. The Marketing and Media Effectiveness (MME) team is a strategic part of our 2025 vision and will enable a step change in driving Colgate Palmolive’s ability to leverage data as a strategic asset.

In this role you will support and enable the MME roadmap through driving excellence in digital media effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across brand categories to provide in-house support for holistic digital media measurement to help scale work and deliverables. You are someone who loves data, shows curiosity about the “why”, is hungry to learn and intellectually curious. You must also have some understanding of Advanced Analytics methodologies to translate Analytics reports into insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for crafting brand learning agendas alongside integrated marketing teams, focusing on finding solutions for measuring the impact of media on business objectives
  • Translate media analytics outputs from various sources into insights and implications for the business
  • Coordinates with agency leads to ensure consistent and holistic media campaign measurement across all live campaigns from measurement framework development to consolidated digital metric reporting
  • Owns the entire brand lift and sales lift study process, coordinating directly with agency/3P vendors from campaign start to end. This includes final questionnaire approval, initial results review and sharing and quarterly benchmarking management.
  • Manages North America media Test & Learn process including continuous management of master T&L document, coordination between key stakeholders and results sharing
  • Responsible for warehousing of all key measurement materials, related data and reports

Required Qualifications: Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with preferred specializations in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or any related field
  • Experience in the Advanced Analytics and/or Marketing Sciences field, preferably in paid media, marketing or an adjacent field on brand or agency side
  • Understanding of Point of sale data, major Syndicated data sources, Panel data and Media data
  • Comfortable working/pulling from multiple datasets and combining information in a visually appealing manner
  • Ability to translate Analytics data to insights and implications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $88,800.00 – $125,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
