The Operations Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for the daily support of our operations team and ensuring that all support activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. This role will lead a team of professionals providing administrative support to the operations leadership team while assisting with daily operations and project implementation. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your intuition, multi-tasking, and organizational skills while being a resourceful and problem-solving resource to the leadership group.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Perform, plan and coordinate administrative procedures.
- Supervise staff’s performance while coaching and guiding their efficiency.
- Serve as B2W software subject matter expert by training others and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Train B2W usage at Project Sites to Site Admins, Foremen, and Superintendents.
- Implement accurate and effective reporting of data.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience and working in professional office environment.
- Ability to travel 20-50%.
