Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is building a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch product managers to expand the team. As a Prisma SASE product manager at Palo Alto Networks, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and operations, feature functionality and roadmap. In addition to your own creativity, you will also rely on interaction with customers and partners to understand requirements and problems. You will be expected to deliver product functionality that matches Palo Alto Networks’ level of innovation. You will be involved in all stages of the feature lifecycle (conception, definition, development, release and post-release activities) managing strategic planning, feature selection and tactical activities.

Other responsibilities include collaborating with Product Marketing to create product related sales and marketing materials; evangelizing the products and product strategy both internally and externally.

Your Impact

  • Own the product area of Observability in Prisma SASE to build a world class analytics framework for Monitoring, Remediations and Reporting
  • Build ML driven visibility framework to provide deep insights into user-application experience and infrastructure health and performance within broader Prisma SASE products
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content
  • Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
  • A passion for customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager in one or more of the following domains is preferred – Cloud Networks, Observability, DEM, Analytics/Business Intelligence, AIOps
  • Experience building data-rich products, incorporating data visualizations
  • Deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Cloud security will be an added advantage
  • Track record creating products from concept to market success
  • Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $163,200/yr to $264,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
