ABOUT THE ROLE
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for aligning and optimizing various revenue-related departments, such as sales, product, marketing, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. This role involves data analysis, process creation and improvement, technology management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that revenue-related processes run smoothly. An ideal candidate has high attention to detail, autonomous, cross functionally collaborative with highly effective communication skills and has a passion for automating processes.
Key job responsibilities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze and interpret data related to sales, revenue, and enrollments to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
2. Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key revenue metrics.
3. Evaluate and refine existing revenue processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
4. Develop and implement standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices and serve as the liaison between partner team.
5. Own data integrity with CRM (Salesforce) and Billing systems.
6. Assist in revenue forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
7. Ensure alignment between revenue goals and resource allocation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Operations Management or related field.
• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
• 3+ years proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion.
• Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
• Proven excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and/or confidence in communicating in a cross-cultural setting and enforcing difficult business decisions.
• Strong customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed.
• Independent and Entrepreneurial – ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results while managing multiple projects and operational task expectations.
• Strong computer skills working in multiple applications, especially in Excel, Salesforce and Data Visualization tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, or Business Development
• Advanced experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience in Sales Performance Management, Sales Incentive programs, Billing and Revenue Operations
• Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Practical experience with requirement gathering for analytics solutions (end-to-end) over multiple technologies, size, and scale of projects.
• Project/Program Management Certification: PMP, or equivalent, Lean Six Sigma.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
