Oversees all activities, cashier transactions and regulatory requirements associated with Cage Operations, Cage Cashiers and Nation related matters. Must demonstrate leadership qualities and conduct oneself as a positive reflection on the casino property and the Nation at all times.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Is proactively involved and consistently available to administer oversight and verification of all front window cashiering, main bank, kiosk-related bank transactions, TS Reward and Promotion department functionality.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all technical functions, Internal Controls, and software applications associated with Cage Operations and other related departments as necessary.
- Demonstrates exemplary guest service skills and assists guests with questions, transactions, and problem-solving. Reports and follows up on guest difficulties, procedural errors, and all monetary-related issues that affect the guest and/or Enterprise business.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma required. A college degree or some level of secondary education is preferred.
- Previous Cage experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
- Outstanding guest service skills. Previous money-handling experience preferred.
