Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Effectively supervises all activities, transactions, and regulatory requirements associated with Cage Operations, Cage Cashiers, Supervisors, and Nation-related matters. Must demonstrate leadership qualities and always conduct oneself as a positive reflection on the Point Place Casino and the Enterprise.
- Is proactively involved and consistently available to administer oversight and verification of all front window and bank transactions. Maintains consistent availability to double transactions to ensure the accuracy of payouts and the adherence to all asset protection measures and Internal Control procedures.
- Consistently demonstrates exemplary guest service skills and assists guests with questions, transactions, and problem-solving. Reports and follows up on guest difficulties, procedural errors, and all monetary-related issues that affect the guest and/or Nation business.
- Must demonstrate an understanding of all company policies as they relate to maintaining accurate team member records including scheduling, payroll, attendance, reviews, counseling, variances, and other compliance-related issues including but not limited to all cash inventory-related tasks.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- College degree or some level of secondary education required. A minimum of 5 years of Cage supervisory experience is required.
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills,computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, outstanding guest service skills, and strong leadership capabilities.
- Previous money-handling experience with basic math skills required.
