Sr. Account Executive, Hardlines Enterprise

The Account Executive hired for this role will collaborate with two other AEs in a pod structure, and use your 5-7 years’ experience selling digital advertising solutions to a singular Fortune 100 client and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale the category’s domestic revenues. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the CE/Tech world, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. You will further use your executive cold-calling, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts that will complement our existing CE/Tech client roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of B2B sales experience

– 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience

– 5+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience

– Experience closing sales and revenue generation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience building new customer relationships

– Experience closing sales and generating revenue

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
