Description

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer coordinates software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Ensures proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with voice technologies / IVR
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Project-based experience driving changes and improvements to IVR solutions.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
  • Experience coordinating software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications?
  • Experience with ensuring proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experienced in Java, Python, or similar coding experience
  • Previous consumer service experience
  • Experience with Watson AI or other digital/conversational AI platforms
  • PMP and / or Six Sigma certification
  • Emerging Technology
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications
  • Genesys experience
  • Healthcare or other complex environment experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$95,300 – $131,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
