The IT EUC Systems Administrator is responsible for all system and services that manage all EUC related assets, such as: Intune, SOTI, PPME, etc. This role is dedicated to implementing, optimizing, stabilizing, and supporting the modern workplace that helps support and delivers transformative solutions to the US Bakery work force.

This individual will manage and maintain the documentation as to how all system solutions are setup, configured and supported. They are also responsible for capacity planning to ensure the system and services meet the business demand. Additionally, this role supports and monitors all forward-facing solutions, including the troubleshooting and hands-on support to ensure optimal uptime.

The EUC systems administrator will partner with business leaders to plan, design and manage the future needs of the business to ensure the right services and capabilities are properly planned for and implemented in an agreed upon timeframe.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft desktop OS and Office applications
  • Working knowledge of major Microsoft cloud-based back office systems including Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Security & Compliance, ATP, InTune, AutoPilot, Teams
  • Manage, maintain and support the system and services used to manage IT assets, such as: Desktops, laptops, mobile handhelds, tablets, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, etc.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the SOTI environment.
  • Ability to map out, plan and implement various software packages that can be pushed to the various IT assets managed by SOIT, InTune, PPME and other
  • Ability to automate processes using major scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell and Python
  • Responsible for defining and managing endpoint profiles throughout the enterprise from design to deployment and steady state
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the end user computing environment
  • Function as the primary resource for endpoint hardware configuration, software deployment, and security/patch maintenance policy
  • Manage, automate and build Software Packages for Autopilot / Intune deployment
  • Design, test, and deploy secure base images for enterprise use for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
  • Package, test, and deploy applications in various forms to various business units
  • Maintain device collection health and automation
  • Printer management – deploying, decommissioning, procurement, device selection, etc.
  • Experience with desktop firewall and Anti-Virus/Malware technologies
  • Expertise in troubleshooting for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS operating systems
  • Create technical documents of implementations, break-fix solutions, etc
  • Assists in creating materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
  • Work autonomously or within a diverse team of professionals
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability Must be able to articulate complex ideas in both written and verbal formats in a manner that can be understood by various levels, such as, end users, project managers, BSA’s and or executive leadership.
  • Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Work directly with the service desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
  • Write and publish Root cause analysis/A3’s
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting an enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of SOTI, PPME and InTune.
